	Originally, we put the house up for sale by owner before moving to Tucson. 	My husband and I interviewed three prospective candidates when we were ready to sell our home in Las Cruces (chosen randomly because we live out of town). One did not show up, one showed up unprepared and then Isaac and Irma showed up with a complete prospectus of our property, including a thorough comparative market analysis.  They did a walk through of our property and then sat down and explained the market and what we could do to get the home sold.
